Becoming a member of Vision Motueka
Our consitution requires that only people registered as "members" can vote at our Annual General Meetings for people to become trustees. Anyone who supports the general principles that underlie Vision Motueka's objectives can become a member. Check those principles here:
Ask to become a member
To become a member, all you need to do is send an email giving your name and a comment that you support the general principles that underlie Vision Motueka's objectives. Though not compulsory, it would be good if you could also supply a contact phone number and email address (unless you believe that we have it already). Send you email by clicking this link. Phone David at (03) 528 4046 if you want any clarification.
There are no membership fees or subs or any other obligations whatsoever, but any supportive donations will be appreciated. Every donation, however small, helps us in our work. We have set up a 'Givealittle' page to help anyone around the world make a donation of any size. Furthermore, as we are a registered charity, you may claim a 33% tax credit for income tax purposes for cash donations of $5 or more.

Members receive a monthly email newsletter and occasional notices of important events coming up, and very occasionally we may circulate an email with a specific call for help, such as for a fundraising event like a Quiz Night. We also have over 335 Facebook users (who 'Like' our page) who see regular posts about developments relevant to our work. Non-members may still receive our newsletters and view our Facebook page - they just cannot vote at our AGM.
